PRINCE2™ is a process-based method for effective project management, and will give you the fundamental skills you need to become a successful project manager. It stands for PRojects IN Controlled Environments, and is used and recognised all over the world.

To become a qualified Prince2 Project Manager you need to successfully complete both the Prince2 Foundation Course and the Prince2 Practitioner Course.  Only those who have successfully completed the Prince2 Foundation Course can register for the Prince2 Pracititioner Course.

Content 
  • Application of PRINCE2 in different project environments
  • Explanation of how PRINCE2 can effectively address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario
  • Careful and detailed preparation for the Practitioner Exam
The Practitioner course is scenario based training focusing on the application of PRINCE2 under different project environments and scenarios. Review and revision sessions of all PRINCE2 elements are included throughout the training.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam is a 2½ hour, open manual, scenario based multiple choice exam consisting of 108 questions across 9 syllabus areas presented in the following styles: Classical multiple choice; Yes/No; Multiple response; Matching; Sequencing; Assertion/Reason. The candidate must correctly answer 55% or more of the questions to pass the exam.

We conduct the exam on behalf of Accrediting Professional Managers Globally.

The PRINCE2  Practitioner workbook and Practitioner exam; morning and afternoon refreshments; lunch; and post-course support, including access to our alumni-only resources are all included in the course fees.

Professional development
40 Professional Development Units (PDUs) will be awarded once you have passed both the Foundation and Practitioner Exams.  Every certified Project Management Professional must earn 60 PDUs every three years to retain certification.
