Virtual Classroom (Online) – NZ Payroll for Australian Payroll Practitioners
Fri 1 April 9:00am - 4:15pm
Online conducted through Zoom.
Australian payroll professionals who need to understand the essentials in processing payroll for a New Zealand based workforce.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
A centralised payroll across countries is an effective method of processing payroll. However, application of legislative terms, the culture of the industrial relations environment and other fundamental differences impact on creating and maintaining correct payroll processes.

Without this understanding a centralised payroll can create major risk to the business from non-compliance, uncertainty for employees and increased cost to payroll from having to fix misunderstood payroll processes.

This course covers the essential legislation that must be understood by payroll, while at the same time giving insights into why things are done this way in New Zealand.
