Finance for Non-Financial Managers
Mon 2 May 9:00am - 4:30pm
Oamaru: Brydone Hotel
Don't let your fear of finance get in the way of your success!

Historically, organisations saw finance as a specialist skill but now all key individuals and managers regardless of their role must have a solid understanding of finance in order to be successful. This course will provide the knowledge and skills to better understand the key financial information in order to make confident decisions in an organisation.
Suits for anyone who plans, manages or reports on financial data and wants a broader understanding of business finance.

The facilitator is a very experienced CFO who has led the finance function in many organisations through growth and challenging times. It is the simple financial explanations and his sharing of the money ‘smarts’ that makes this course a must.
