Office politics, drama, lack of productivity, no accountability.
What if there was some way of avoiding it all?
What if you could have a team where people told the truth about themselves, not wasting time on the political manoeuvring that drags everyone down and stops us getting things done?
The world’s highest performing teams have this stuff mastered.
They all share these same attributes.
- They trust each other enough to be honest and critical, and admit their mistakes
- They deal with conflict quickly and constructively
- They commit to a shared vision
- They hold themselves accountable for their results
At High Performing Teams you’ll learn how to achieve that with a simple, repeatable model that you can take away with you and implement right away.
Through discussion, theory, case studies and practical activities, we will show you how to lift your team to its highest potential.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Understand what “trust” really is in a team
- Identify your team’s weak spots for trust and handling conflict
- Employ effective new tools as a leader to shape your team
- Outline a plan for your team’s development into the future
