ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Phil Boult - Health & Safety Training Facilitator
Phil Boult is an experienced A-grade automotive engineer and the founder of Fleet Review Services Ltd, established in 2013. With extensive experience in delivering Health & Safety (H&S) training across high-risk industries like mining, quarries, heavy transport, farming, and civil construction, Phil is known for his engaging training style.
He has a unique ability to simplify complex technical concepts, making them accessible through relatable examples. Phil’s interactive and enjoyable training sessions drive positive changes in workplace safety culture and H&S practices. He firmly believes that effective H&S comes when everyone understands their role and how systems contribute to a safer work environment.
