Emerging Leaders Programme
Learn the tools to be a leader – not only how to manage a team, but how that will help enable growth of the business and shape your future and that of your team.
Who is this programme for? People who are newly in supervisory roles, or aim to be in the near future, in businesses with $1M+ in turnover, who want to equip themselves to lead others confidently, or those not yet in leadership roles who want to learn the necessary skills to grow into such positions.
What will you get from this programme? Participants on this programme will: Learn new skills, frameworks and tools to become a more effective leader and communicator Develop a broader “across the business” outlook and a clear sense of direction Gain an understanding of how to create and deliver value to customers Work together to find ways to build a culture of accountability and support in their businesses This programme is an opportunity for the participants to build peer connections and share ideas of how they can lead in their businesses with clarity and focus. Together with the guidance from the experienced lead facilitator and guest presenters, participants will work through modules centered around themes of leadership, creating and delivering business value, the importance of strategy, getting the best from others, interpersonal effectiveness, and influencing.
