Who is this workshop for? Owners, senior managers and any team member who makes decisions affecting the financial performance of the business. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to draw critical insights from your financial statements to develop and implement better budgeting and cash flow management systems.
What will you get from this workshop? Learn how to understand, forecast and manage the numbers already in front of you to drive current and future action plans while getting a detailed understanding of financial reporting to increase business growth. The workshop will provide a multitude of key financial takeaways. You can integrate them into your business straight away, so the skills you harness will be an asset for now and far into the future. It will cover everything from understanding accounting reports to cash flow forecasting and analysing operational performance to discover where working capital and cash is being consumed at high rates.
