  • Do you know who your key staff are?  What would happen if they left? Do you have a plan?
  • What will your business need in terms of skills in 5 years’ time?
  • Are you investing in ‘growing your own’ or do you rely solely on the external market?

Kate is the owner of Logan HR Ltd and is a successful senior HR professional with over 25 years experience in large national and global organisations. Kate has worked across a number of sectors and industries including: manufacturing; engineering; professional services, various trades, health and retail and distribution environments.  Kate brings a very pragmatic and commercial approach to her advice based on personal experience.
