Kiwi Culture and Global Perspectives
Workplaces are unique — diverse teams, staff across generations, and clients with a wide range of expectations.
Leaders need new knowledge and skills to build harmony, cultivate high levels of staff morale, retain staff, ensure understanding and compliance with instructions, and foster truly inclusive environments.
That’s where this Inclusive Workplace Program comes in.
Our point of difference — the Yin and the Yang
Most training teaches leaders about “others.” Our holistic approach is different.
Kiwis learn how to recognise and explain their own culture (as humans are normally unconsciously their culture) and how to have culturally curious and culturally courageous conversations about other cultures.
People from other ethnicities learn not only about Kiwi culture but how their own strengths and traditions can contribute.
This “Yin and Yang” creates balance: understanding goes both ways, and everyone feels included. Program author Fi McKay, author of the
Incluude Cultural Atlas on Kiwi Culture, brings years of insight into what makes Kiwi workplaces unique and how to connect cultures in meaningful, practical ways.
