2. Confirmation of Minutes from the previous AGM
3. Any matters arising
4. Presentation of the Board Chair’s Report
5. Presentation of the Annual Report
6. Presentation of the Financial Statements for the year ending 30 June 2025
7. Appointment of Auditor for the ensuing year
8. General Business

1. Announcement of Elected Board Members
2. Proposed re-registration and approval of amendments to constitution

To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions:
Proposed Resolution 1: Re-registration
That Business South Incorporated (the Society) apply for re-registration as an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
Proposed Resolution 2: Amendments to existing Constitution on re-registration (if Resolution 1 passes)
That the existing constitution of the Society be amended and replaced upon re-registration with an updated constitution as proposed by the Board, with effect from the date of the Society's re-registration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
