Courageous Conversations
Fri 5 August 9:00am - 5:00pm
Training Room, Business South Inc, Level 3, 442 Moray Place, Dunedin
The standard we ignore, accept, tolerate, or even walk past… is the standard.

Are you known for your confidence and competence in dealing with difficult team members, poor performance or undesirable behaviours within your workplace?

Do you apply a methodical and disciplined approach to holding your team accountable?

This workshop will cover all the core competencies necessary to successfully identify, assess and resolve poor performance and or unacceptable behaviours in the workplace – permanently.

Using real-world scenarios and relevant case studies, we will look specifically at what it takes to be brave, to be decisive, and to be deliberate in having those vital courageous conversations that positively impact workplace culture, and further enhance leadership capability.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

As a direct result of attending this workshop, participants will be able to:
·   Better understand what causes conflict
