Not-For-Profit: Strategic Planning

This not for profit workshop focuses on developing strategic plans for your organisation. The content will including where planning fits into organisational management, how to develop a vision for the future, and gain ownership of outcomes with all people involved. 

Content includes:
  • What is a strategic plan?
  • How to gather good information
  • Why it is important to have clear direction before planning.
  • Establishing the vision or mission.
  • Developing philosophy
  • Developing major organisation goals
  • What does a plan look like when it is finished

This workshop will be delivered in the Chamber of Commerce training room and via Zoom for those who wish to join online. For those joining this course online, knowledge of how to use Zoom is helpful, but not critical – the Facilitator will ensure you feel comfortable and build your confidence in using the free platform.

This workshop will be delivered in person and online. When you register please note you require the Zoom link.

Registered Not for Profit organisations, clubs and their members qualify for Not for Profit subsided workshops.
Any other organisations can attend the training but will be required to pay the full commercial rate of $395 incl. GST.
For a full refund to be given, cancellation must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the workshop date.
