By examining some of the drivers of the business culture and the cultural challenges in today’s workplaces, the programme equips leaders with practical contexts and tools for addressing these challenges. It also looks at what major impacts, both now and into the future, that businesses need to plan for.

Fi McKay brings seventeen years experience in supporting businesses to build more inclusive workplaces across a range of sectors.  She has developed an award-winning approach to supporting businesses to become more inclusive, with impressive results.
 
Prior to her business support work, Fi held senior leadership and management roles in central and local government social and economic development portfolios. This included standing up the original Otago and Southland Regional Skills Liaison (Leadership) Groups as the Regional Lead. 

MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT VOUCHER FUND
This workshop is registered with the Management Capability Development Voucher Fund programme.


Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Vouchers may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to grow and innovate their business.
