Few of us skated through our adolescence unscathed. And this generation of young people is no different. They’re facing challenges that no-one has ever seen. But what is often forgotten is every generation faces pitfalls and opportunities never seen before. The truth is, this brave new world is an exciting place where great things will happen for those willing to explore. Welcome to Bridge, a program designed to get you from where you are, to where you want to be.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE
To develop strong, resourceful young people with the mindset and tools necessary to take on the challenges their futures hold, and become the best version of themselves.

Mindset
  • reframing and replacing negative self beliefs
  • learning to become resilient
  • maximising healthy energy
  • dealing with rejection and peer pressure

FACILITATOR
Jack Conroy,  from Richard Joseph & Associates
Jack Conroy is a trained facilitator, journalist and documentary maker who is MBTI certified.  In conjunction with Richard Joseph, he created the Bridge course to help young people navigate the challenges they face, and gain answers to the questions they have, in today’s world.
