Facilitation is the effective management of meetings to keep them focussed and on track. Facilitation skills focus on guiding discussions to reach high quality decisions. It is not about controlling the group decision making. This workshop provides you with the tested and refined materials and ideas developed over 20 years of active facilitation.

Rhys Watson from Auckland

Rhys has a practical history of running successful projects over the last couple of decades. Integral as a part of these successes is interacting with and working with a wide range of stakeholders on the journey to provide agreed outcomes that are integrated into everyday business and activities. Rhys provides a high-quality learning experience based on practical approaches which is engaging and interactive.
He is the director of a training and consulting business providing successful outcomes for a wide range of organisations and has actively volunteered in board roles and industry bodies.

MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT VOUCHER FUND
This workshop is registered with the Management Capability Development Voucher Fund programme.


Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Vouchers may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to grow and innovate their business.
