This seminar will help employers with their recruitment pathway, and prepare them for the accreditation process.

Content:  
  • Overview of the Employer Accreditation and Job Check processes.
Employer Accreditation
We will explain the
  • employment and immigration compliance obligations; and
  • financial evidence required to demonstrate the viability of your business.
Job Check
We will explain the
  • rules in relation to job listings and the employment agreement;
  • common mistakes made by employers; and
  • pathways to residence through the Green List occupations.
Who should attend?
If you would like to hire from overseas highly-skilled employees, or have high-value candidates from the following industries:
  • Construction and Engineering;
  • Health and Social Services;
  • Primary industries and Sciences; and
  • ICT, Electronics and Telecommunications sectors.
