Central Otago: Beer 'n' Yarn
Thu 16 February 5:15pm - 7:00pm
Olivers Restaurant & Bar, Clyde
We invite you to this Beer 'n' Yarn to meet our new Central Otago Business Navigator, Emily Miazga. Emily has so much energy, we are lucky to have her supporting businesses in Central Otago, and we would love you to meet her!

Emily Miazga, the new Business Navigator serving the Central Otago area for Business South. You may know her as ‘Em’ the original creator of Em’s Power Cookies, or through her years of racing the gruelling Coast to Coast Longest Day.

Emily is originally from Saskatchewan, Canada but NZ is now her home. Emily holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition/Food Management and she practiced as a Registered Dietitian in Oregon, USA before embarking on her business and C2C career.

Emily's passions include tramping adventures in the mountains, running, cycling, telemark skiing, rock climbing, yoga, and gardening.

"To achieve success in both business and sport, I was fortunate to have a network of amazing people who supported, empowered, and inspired me. They gave me their time, experience, and insights, and most of all believed in me. Now it is my turn to give back. I enjoy helping others and have had a taste through supporting fellow Coast to Coast champions, as well as other business owners. I also served a term on the Buller District Council.

As a Business Navigator now, I am privileged to be able to help others in an official capacity. I am excited to be part of the fantastic Business South team and my aim is to see businesses in Central Otago achieve success." - Emily
