The BA5 event in April will be featuring two inspiring individuals, Pete Mirrielees of Let’s Go Fitness and Chase Reihana Haley of Ōtepoti Boxing Club, who are dedicated to supporting their community's health and wellness goals. They achieve this by following the principles of Te Whare Tapa Whā, which focuses on physical, mental, family, and spiritual well-being.

Both Pete and Chase have faced their own challenges and have learned how to build resilience and live meaningful lives. They will be sharing their personal stories and offering practical advice that attendees can use to enhance their own wellness journey.
