Dunedin BA5 hosted by TGC Homes
Thu 22 February 5:15pm - 7:00pm
Petridish, 8 Stafford Street, Central Dunedin
Current housing demand within the Dunedin urban area means we need an additional 1,500 homes right now and this is predicted to grow to 4,400 homes by 2030. This is exacerbated by the age of the city's housing stock with 20% of all homes built pre-1920.

Join TGC Homes Directors Tom, George and Charles for their insights around the future of housing in Dunedin and some of the challenges facing housing in our city.

TGC Homes — the name being the founders’ three initials — was officially established in 2017 by three young men who had a desire to provide quality accommodation options in Dunedin.

Locally owned and operated, TGC Homes pride themselves on delivering housing solutions across a wide range of markets including social housing, the first home buyer and investor markets, as well as high-end townhouses for retirees and downsizers.

“We are passionate about what we do and have a keen eye for detail. Warm, affordable housing is the foundation on which successful communities are built. We take this responsibility seriously and scrutinise every development to ensure it allows its occupants to live, work and play in a healthy environment.
This means more than just building a house. It means building the right home, in the right location, at the right price.”
