Did you know that nearly 400,000 women of menopausal age are employed in NZ, and 84% report that their menopause symptoms affect their work performance?  Whether you're currently experiencing menopause or want to be better prepared, or would like to understand and support your colleagues at work, this session will give you the resources you need to self-manage and thrive at work and beyond. 

Join our empowering workshop designed specifically to equip women with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to confidently navigate the challenges of menopause. You'll learn how to manage symptoms with practical tools for lifestyle changes—including nutrition, movement, self-care and self-talk. 

Whether you're currently experiencing menopause or want to be better prepared, or would like to understand and support your colleagues at work, this session will give you the resources you need to self-manage and thrive at work and beyond. Come along to learn how to change your relationship to stress and bring your biology back into balance and feel calmer. Join us to connect and to share in a grazing board lunch, followed by a workshop with Lee Tan.

About the Facilitator:
Lee Tan, the Founder of Well + Being, Pharmacist and Prekure Master Coach.  Lee has recently been recognised in Australia, winning ‘Best Urban Wellness Centre’ and ‘Runner Up Holistic Health Spa’ in Asia Pacific in addition to ‘Runner Up Wellness Warrior’. 
Over the span of her career as a Pharmacist for 3 decades, Lee became certified in Health/Mental/Metabolic Nutrition Coaching, Nutrigenomics with additional training in Nutritional, Environmental and Lifestyle medicine.  Lee's dedication to helping others, leads her to maximise human potential with a spectrum of tools and resources and to empower and inspire people to live their best life.
