The ideal course to create, maintain and understand simple formula construction.  This course will introduce the fundamentals of formula construction in Excel and provide an understanding of how formulas help you analyse your data.
Duration: 90 minutes

This workshop is suitable for anyone who is proficient in creating worksheets and is ready to take the next step into using formulas.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this session you will be able to:
  1. Understand the Rules of Precedence (BEDMAS)
  2. Create a simple formula in a cell
  3. Fill in a series from a formula using Autofill
  4. Build basic functions using the Insert Function command and build functions in a cell
  5. Use AutoSum to complete basic functions
 Kevin has 25 years’ experience in delivering Microsoft Office training. He has worked with individuals, small and large businesses, local authorities and  government departments helping staff to improve their engagement with the software they use.
