The ideal first step into the world of Microsoft Excel for the beginner or the self-taught. This course will provide the skills required to use Excel’s impressive capabilities to create spreadsheets. During the course, you will learn the skills that will enable you to produce your own worksheets with appropriately formatted data and how to manage your worksheets.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who is new to Excel or would like a refresher on the fundamental techniques of creating and formatting spreadsheets.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Identify the different parts of a spreadsheet
- Create a new spreadsheet and enter data
- Select data nd understand the different mouse pointer options
- Use quick tools to help .with data entry
- Use tools to optimise the layout of your spreadsheet.
- Format data to your preferred colours, size .etc.
- Copy and paste data in different formats
- Create , copy and manage worksheets in a workbook
- Understand the different printing options for a spreadsheet
