This practical workshop will help you to understand the Treasurers Roles, risks and responsibilities.  This workshop is aimed at existing Treasurers, potential Treasurers and Chairperson.

Duration: 2 Hours ► 9.00am - 11:00am
Delivery: Business South, Training Room

Content includes:
  • Preparation of annual budget and setting of subs
  • Invoicing and collection of subs
  • Collection and recording of income from meetings, projects, events etc
  • Payment of the organisation expenses
  • Keeping financial records updated, and bank accounts reconciled
  • Reporting to Board/Committee on financial status
