With more than three decades of leadership in the social services sector, Claire is known for her compassionate, practical approach and her commitment to kaupapa Māori, trauma-informed and whānau-centred care. Under her guidance, Moana House has become a national example of how respect, accountability and genuine connection can transform outcomes for individuals and communities alike.
