Strategy, Platforms, Content and AI — Done Properly

Social media is no longer about being present — it’s about making deliberate, informed decisions.

Too many businesses are active on social media without a clear strategy, a real understanding of how platforms work, or confidence that their content is helping rather than hurting their brand. The result is wasted time, inconsistent messaging, and frustration with low reach and engagement.

This foundational course cuts through the noise, designed to help participants move from reactive posting to intentional, sustainable social media marketing. It provides a practical framework for social media marketing, a clear understanding of how Facebook and Instagram actually operate, and guidance on creating content that supports business goals. It also addresses how to use AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency without producing generic, off-brand captions.

DESIGNED FOR: Business owners, managers, marketing staff, and social media coordinators who:
  • Are responsible for social media but lack a clear strategy
  • Want to understand how Facebook and Instagram actually work
  • Are interested in using AI but don’t want to damage their brand
  • Need a solid foundation before spending money on ads
LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate

FACILITATOR: Philippa Crick | Director, Cre8ive Marketing
Philippa is a senior marketing strategist and Director of Cre8ive Marketing, with over 25 years’ experience working across branding, websites, SEO, paid digital advertising, and social media. Her training is practical and applied, using real examples from participants’ own platforms. She actively integrates AI tools to improve efficiency and insight, using them deliberately and with governance to support strategy rather than replace it.

Testimonials from previous participants
