Fi McKay brings seventeen years experience in supporting businesses to build more inclusive workplaces across a range of sectors.  She has developed an award-winning approach to supporting businesses to become more inclusive, with impressive results. Prior to her business support work, Fi held senior leadership and management roles in central and local government social and economic development portfolios.  This included standing up the original Otago and Southland Regional Skills Liaison (Leadership Groups as Regional Lead.
