Looking After Mental Health & Wellbeing During COVID-19 – Webinar Chat and Q&A Session

You are invited to a 30 minute online chat and a 15 minute Q&A session about wellbeing during this anxiety provoking time.

TASK and Business South offer you the opportunity to chat about these chaotic times and to plan for ways to cope with the current New Zealand climate. Central to this will be the Internationally acclaimed five ways to wellbeing, Te Whare Tapa Wha model which incorporates spirituality, health, the way we think and our social being into our overall being.

Presented by Matthew Peppercorn who is a registered mental health nurse with lived experience of anxiety and depression. Matthew works for TASK, WEKA, (Wellness Empathy Kindness Aotearoa and  Stopping Violence Dunedin. he specialises in challenging behaviour, de-escalation, mental health First Aid and anger management.
